By Road A30 West bound.

At 'Chiverton' roundabout take the B3277 signposted for 'St Agnes', at the services roundabout take the third turning following the signs for 'St Agnes'. Take the 2nd left, signposted 'Porthtowan' and at the crossroads carry on straight ahead. Continuing on this road you will sweep around to the left and down a hill. At the bottom of the hill take the first turning on the right signposted for the Beach about 100 yards down a large 30 (speed limit) is painted on the road, turn right again here and 9 Beach Road is the fourth house on your right hand side.
